AAC TeleTips From PRC-Saltillo

It's a virtual world. But that doesn’t mean we can’t keep going with AAC evaluations and therapy. Your Liberator Communications Canada (LCC) consultant will help you through your journey of online consultations, evaluations and therapy. Since every AAC communicator is unique and there is no "one best way" to serve them online, LCC consultants will help you personalize your remote AAC services for each of your clients.

To assist clinicians during this time, LCC via PRC-Saltillo is offering a wealth of resources including videos, documents and more to make online AAC as easy as possible for you, so you can continue to provide quality treatment and evaluations to clients.

Canadian clinicians, please note: The section of this resource titled “HIPAA” addresses United States privacy requirements for health and personal information. Canadian clinicians should consult their disciplines’ professional regulatory bodies as well as provincial laws and regulations about their professional privacy obligations. Please note also that SGD-use data uploaded to PRC-Saltillo’s Realize Language service resides on American servers, which may pose privacy concerns in some provinces and/or some clients.
